Why is this information needed/What project does it support?
- Single Day/Partial Day: For full-day requests use the start and end time of the employee shift.
- Multi-Day: For full-day requests use the start and end time of the employee's shift. If segment times vary by day, please include all details in the reason for requested accommodation field.
