    The deadline to submit a ticket for the Kronos outage underpayment is February 15th at 12 p.m. ET. Any underpayment not submitted via a ticket is expected to be paid on March 11 based on the historical time you entered in Kronos by February 20th, 11:00 am ET.

    Please do not submit a ticket for missing premium hours. Due to the UKG/Kronos outage, we are currently paying an estimate of premium payments based on an historical 3-month average.
